With whom is the information shared?
We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, Court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime or if we believe that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights, property or personal safety of Synergy Associates, the Synergy Associates website or its visitors. Candidates
We will collect your Personal Data during the recruitment process. This can include all information which is provided to us on a CV (such as, but not limited to: full name, contact details and date of birth). We may provide some or all of your information to third parties (with prior consent) during the recruitment process. We reserve the right to utilise your information for the purpose of taking references and making other lawful checks where deemed necessary.
We are required by law to hold your Personal and Confidential information only for as long as necessary, and we may contact you from time to time in order to ensure that your details are kept up-to-date. We reserve the right to archive or remove your details from our database if we are unable to contact you for longer than one year.

Clients
All Client company information will be held on our secure database and will only be made available to Synergy Associates personnel (inclusive of third-parties who are sub-contracted by Synergy Associates in order to carry out work for specifically for Synergy Associates).
Synergy Associates may contact you from time to time in order to ensure that all relevant details are kept up to date.
When submitting a job vacancy to Synergy Associates (unless we receive instructions to the contrary) we may advertise the job specification utilising such means as we see fit.
Synergy Associates reserves the right to conduct credit checks as and where appropriate.
Synergy Associates does not accept responsibility or liability for any detrimental event arising directly or indirectly due to usage, or otherwise of any content displayed by this website.
